EXPECTATIONS.

The position and presumption which determine the way of life we make sense of case and plan our response . Unless our expectations are correct , or at least expressed as a considered solidification of chance , we project to fail . But , right or wrong , prospect are selfreinforcing , for we see what we expect to see . We may not recognize how decisive expectations are in take perception , but they are decisive . In the context of our percept of * art , the art historiographer E.H. Gombrich remind us of . . .
