I already jazz when I was 12 : I want to be a agriculturist on my own flora nursery . My founder was a agriculturalist , and I was growing bedding plants at the meter . What was your dream?I desire to work in a small , courteous team in a sizable company with a good employee turnover . I wanted to achieve this by building a mod nursery for seasonal products . We have been able to buy a piece of demesne on an ideal emplacement , where we have built our house and our outstanding nursery . Because the logistics in the nursery has been automated , we can grow and furnish relatively much plants with few people .

What is appeal to you about being a grower?I supply inflorescence plant which make people happy and am an enterpriser at the same clip . I continually make option which mold my own success . How do you see the future?I can see the popularity of flowering seasonal products increase . Some varieties fall out of state of grace , other sort increase in demand . That is the great thing of our ship’s company : with our experience and mod greenhouse , we are elastic . We can scale up varieties , scale down , or even swap to other seasonal Cartesian product .
