The first annual worldwide group meeting for Greenlife Industry Australia ( GIA ) was held online on Wednesday 18 April 2025 .
The main business of the merging included get the accounts for GIA to 5 June 2025 and the first Annual Report for the new internal peak torso . significantly , the meeting ensured another major milepost for the organisation was suffer with the first formal revolution process and election of Directors finalised .
On opening the meeting , GIA President Glenn Fenton acknowledge the challenging , but in many regard , successful class for the organisation and the industry . He thank all Members for their commitment and particularly mentioned the Association Members for their coaction , hard piece of work and donation to GIA ’s successes .
During the meeting 2020 Vice President Ben Grange received the Chair from Glenn for the announcement of the elected director . The result , which had been confirmed by two scrutineer prior to the meeting , saw reappointment of both Glen Fenton and Brian Acworth to the Board .
Appreciation was shown and thanks given to Helen Millicer for her desire to join the Board . Multiple attendees acknowledged her expertise and experience , noting that it is great recognition for GIA that person with Helen ’s calibre want to be a part of the industry . There was consensus at the confluence that Helen ’s engagement in the industry should attempt to be accommodated .
To shut the coming together , Glenn refer to the annual report recognising the success of the national governance during a difficult year and thanked everyone for their attending .
Glenn Fenton comment say “ GIA completed its first twelve months of operation and the accomplishments are on book in our Annual Report . I would like to thank the Board and Staff at GIA for their knockout oeuvre and allegiance to the Industry during a difficult class . ”
