Fuel lines on chain saw run into heat from the engine near the carburetor . After several years of manipulation , a fuel linecan incur small cracks and leak gas before it reach the carburetor . Step 1
come out the Husqvarna chainsaw on a flat table or body of work judiciary .

Place needle - nose pliers inside the fuel tank ; grasp the fuel line and pull it through the army tank . Leave about 3 in of fuel line on the exterior of the tank .

Pull the excess fuel line out of the tank and cut the end off squarely with scissors hold . slither the fuel filter on the fuel occupation . tug the fuel line into the armoured combat vehicle .
Step 10
dilute off the other end of the fuel line come out from the tank squarely with scissors . Insert the line through the crack in the body with needle - nozzle pliers to figure near the carburettor . Step 11
Replace the chainsaw top blanket , seize it with the Phillips screws . deform the screws clockwise to fasten the cover .
Tip
set any extra fuel line on the exterior of the tank near the carburettor . Pull the excess into the fuel tank so the line does not protrude on the exterior , touch red-hot parts and melt . crack fuel line inside of a chainsaw fuel tank will not provide the carburettor with enough fuel for a chain saw to persist smoothly . Replace the fuel filter with a new one to avoid reinstalling a clogged filter .
