Just like that – July is in the books and here we are already in August . That means it ’s sentence for our monthly picture take walkway around the garden and farm . We still have had ordered temperature in the 90 ’s – but we are get a few more well-timed rains to serve light-green things up a lilliputian . The garden is in full weft mode . onion , Tomatoes , Cucumbers , Carrots and Peppers of all kinds are being picked day by day now – and almost every Nox something is being sack .   So without any further hold – here is the Farm and Garden in Pictures – August verison :

The Ornamental Poinsettia Pepper plants plant at the upper pergola are FINALLY starting to turn . The peppers should start to become a beautiful commixture of red , icteric and greens . The plant have really held up well to the hotter , dryer conditions .

The persuasion from above the garden … The Tomatoes and Peppers are really taking off – we are picking over a bushel a 24-hour interval now .

A coloured bowl … The Mini Bell Peppers have test to be a great addition to the garden . Beautiful colours and super sweet to eat . The orangish pepper in the moving picture are our Tequila Sunrise – they pack the heat !

Continuing on with the recycle and re - use motif – here is our fresh address signboard – made from one of the honest-to-god b window .

Our Rosebush is really coming into it ’s own … a farm warming talent from my sister last year – it has grow from 6″ high to this !

The Hot Banana Peppers just persist in to produce – really one of the best overall performers in the garden

Two “ to do ” projects on our list we got to hybridize off last calendar month were the barn trestle table and the Farmers Market sign . We printed and cut out Brobdingnagian stencil to paint the lettering on the old barn doorway to utilize as a sign .

The Mariachi Peppers – you may pick them yellowed or orangish . A really good tasting , gently hot pepper – not bad in salsa ’s or just to wipe out .

speak of Compost – here is a with child picture to show it ’s superpower . If you detect the tomato plant in the upper middle right hand of the picture – it is the same as all the others in the row – except that it was plant straight in a talk pile of compost from last year !   It is over a animal foot marvellous than all of the other plants .
