The Wayne County Community College District ( WCCCD ) has announce that it will add a new horticulture education center at its Downriver Campus in Taylor . The $ 15 million centre will include three greenhouses , a conservatory , three schoolroom and a STEM ( science , engineering science , engineering and math ) lab . Construction will commence in 2019 with the plan to open up the center in 2020 .
